Yes. If you do not want to be a part of Octa Clubs, you can choose so when registering. All non-octa members, however, may not be considered for Writers Loop benefits including recognitions.

You can join using the registration form. You'll be placed in any of the Octa Clubs that are being formed. (or) You may invite 7 other writers along with you to form your own Octa Club. There are options for forming an Octa Club yourself in the registration form.

No. You may mind your own writings. However, it is expected from the members of Octa Clubs to help each other out with reviews or any kind of inputs. Based on the number of individual wins from an Octa Club, a Club maybe given a recognition during the Annual Awards in December.

It is not mandatory to write every month. However, you are expected to write at least once every 4 months to be considered as an active writer. It could be 500 word, 1000 word or 2500+ word story.

Alternatively, you may write articles/reviews relating to writing/reading to be considered as an active member.

You can move to any other Octa Club at any time if you have an invitation from the other Octa club.

There is no fee to join the Writers Loop.

We would encourage all members of Octa Clubs to choose their Minder or make any decision relating to their club together after considering each member's concerns and availability. If a Minder has to take a break, he/she may request any of the other members of the club to temporarily take their place.

Absolutely not. You own whatever you create in the Writers Loop.

Becoming a member of these clubs solely depend upon your visibility and performance in the community. The members of these clubs are most likely chosen by voting in the community and by the Watchers of ArtoonsInn.

Absolutely. You can sign up with Writers Loop for such an association and get yourself listed as a recognized Editor, copywriter, etc from ArtoonsInn. Your profile will be listed on the Writers Loop website to get hired by anyone who needs your services. The high-level club members would also prioritize and recommend you for any writing-related service for anyone within the community or outside the community. You would also be officially certified by ArtoonsInn based on your skills.

You can exit the community at your will. There is nobody to stop you from leaving. However, if you do not like something, the community expects you to share your concerns with the members of your club or directly with the Minder. If you are not comfortable being part of the club you are placed in, try to find vacancies in other Clubs via the WritersLoop website and request an invitation from vacant Club's Minder. The email addresses/contact details of the Minders will be available on the website.
